Pros

Corporate offered help when needed. Apartment discount and bonus opportunities are great. Regionals are usually available to onsite staff, and visit the properties often. Work-Life balance, when you're off- you're OFF. There is a respectful boundary when you're off the clock.

Cons

The company has not expanded as much as other companies which makes opportunities sparse depending on the area you're in.
