      Commission, fun co-workers, awesome Christmas parties

      Cons

      It's honestly long hours with zero flexibility in your schedule! 9-6 monday - friday and 10-5 on Saturday. Saturdays don't count for overtime. The pay period starts on a Friday so you can work 6 days a week with absolutely no benefit to you. You have to do your job, plus leasing, maintenance, and the manager's. Pay isn't the greatest. They give you your commission and bonuses separate so you REALLY get taxed! The higher ups can be really picky about how they want reports and emails to be.

      Pros

      Atlantic Pacific is a fantastic company. I absolutely love the family owned concept and just how deep it runs. Everyone is always so willing to help one another and teach one another.

      Cons

      I feel like we may be slightly under paid and our commissions structure could definitely pay better. I feel like certain things are still political and the right people do not always get recognized for their hard work and accomplishments.
