Atlantic Pacific Management, is the company you'd love to work for! From the very beginning: applying, interviewing and onboarding was not just expedite and smooth, but efficient and personable. The AP Lifer culture makes any new associate feel welcome every step of the way. My peers and supervisor are approachable, flexible and most importantly - they all maintain an open communication system that allows me, and others to share our ideas, ask questions and continuously learn from one another. APM is a fun place to work!
Throughout my first few months, I had opportunities to review and assess how my work was being perceived by others, as well as provide, if any, recommendations to my supervisors and/or peers about certain procedures or work opportunities to improve. I am extremely happy for the opportunity that has been given to me to be part of this AP Family, and most importantly for the dedication that everyone has to assist us at improving not just in our job description, but, rather our careers.
Cons
I personally believe that the matching portion for the 401K benefit should be improved (increased) because it is not as competitive as the ones provided by other companies.
