      Pros

      Opportunity to grow with them constantly buying new properties and very little selling. Great support staff for operations. People are friendly and willing to help. Support is getting better more people doing more things. Making a big difference on the day to day.

      Cons

      401k is terrible the match is low.

      A/P has a great culture and collectively are an awesome group of people to work with. You truly feel apart of a team which is extremely important in this industry. Everyone is always so willing to pitch in and help
