      Pros

      None. They just use their employees to pocket the large monthly property management fees.

      Cons

      Has the worst health insurance plan I have ever had. Pray you don't have any medical emergency. They have the money, but rather use the profits for themselves. No HR support. The executive team doesn't even acknowledge you. They could care less about you. Run!

      Corporate does not give a crap about the employees. As long as you are sleeping with your Regional Manager you will be in good shape. Even down to the V.Ps
