      Pros

      Good starting company. Learn a lot about construction.

      Cons

      Everything has to billable. Winter season is low so they make you use your vacation. Summer you are overworked. An employee does not stay long in the company because the pay and working hours are not ideal. It's good if you are young.

      Pros

      Plenty of hours to make money due to overtime.

      Cons

      Days are very unpredictable since you don’t get schedule until 5-7pm the night before. Makes it impossible to have a life around work on the weekdays. Had no idea I was hired to do Asphalt testing until my first day. Communication is lackluster, and pay is bad for the amount of work we do. Without us technicians the company wouldn’t be able to function. We are ultimately undervalued.
