Pros
Good work culture, quality team members, great leadership. Growing organization. Lots of opportunity to make meaningful impacts on the business. Leadership has proven that "culture" really matters and isn't just a talking point. Compensation is competitive.
Cons
Growing organization, but still smaller. Tooling and infrastructure can be lacking at times. Typical growing pains for small orgs that are growing. Very vendor heavy. Health benefits aren't great.
