Goals are manageable, easy to find resources, rewarding if you enjoy banking/sales, benefits were good other than PTO.

Cons

Saturday hours, PTO. Salary didn't match expectations. Limited growth within company. High turnover. No budget for anything-I mean if you order more than $100 in branch supplies you have to get approval.
