My manager really takes the time to listen and pushes for career advancement. Insurance is good for a single individual. Our location is really excellent and the people in the office are fun to be around and great to talk to. Hybrid work environment is awesome as my role can be done mostly remote.

Cons

I wish the retirement benefits were better. Also, there is a clear double standard for certain employees who are remote, but live closer to the office than I do, but I am hybrid. I don't mind being in the office, but I think it's wrong for the same role to be remote and others be hybrid. Also, we have lots of empty offices, but I am denied an office and have a cube to sit at.

The people and culture are amazing. This is my first "adult" job with a professional business and I'm loving every minute so far. The pay is fair, benefits are amazing and I'm using my brain to learn new and important things.

Cons

None so far but stay tuned.........I've been here 6 months and am already looking at other jobs I may want to pursue when I'm eligible to apply.
