This is by far the best bank atmosphere I have worked in with over 7+ years of banking experience. There is a fair expectation for hard work that is met with reasonable deadlines and workloads. I have found the balance here at this bank and the teams I am working on be a very positive experience so far!

Cons

Typical growing pains of the bank getting larger and new procedures being put in place, Nothing is unrealistic or unreasonable so far.
