I have met the CEO and he seemed nice.

Cons

You have the ability to earn a good amount of PTO, but you get punished for using it. Even when given audio recordings HR does nothing about how horribly management treats the employees. The pay is TERRIBLE. You are expected to work on your lunch break. There really isn't anything nice I can say about this company, leaving was the best thing I ever did!!

The problem people were finally laid off

Cons

Growth is impossible especially if you’re a high performer. Colleagues are weak so you’re stuck as you’re needed even though you’ve outgrown the position. Pay. Awful. Left and had 8k more in entry level position. Benefits stink, takes forever to best vested.

Horrible management both within branch and upper level. They do not care about employees, you are literally an object and not a person
