      Toxic management, way too big for its systems

      Benefits are ok, PTO is the best perk.

      Cons

      The bank has grown far beyond its infrastructure abilities. After multiple mergers, back office staffing is lower than it used to be - instead of building up the internal systems, the day to day people are asked to do more with less. In the meantime, the company keeps hiring high-level (and high-paid) execs.
