      Pros

      The people you work with are great. Management cares about your work/home balance. Flexible when you are overwhelmed or need adjustments to your schedule. Even though the bank has gotten a lot bigger over the years, it still gives that smaller company feel (in a good way).

      I can’t say I have one bad opinion at this point, I love my job.
