      Overall good company, great leadership at the top. Mr. Asbury really seems to care about the people who work for him. The benefits are good.

      Cons

      Poorer leadership within the trenches. Management needs to be trained on how to manage and lead their employees to be successful and into advanced careers within the company. Payscale could be improved upon especially if you are not working in the NOVA area.
