Business hours were nice, except Saturdays

Everything! I was hired with the promise of making bonuses and I was never given the opportunity of make those bonuses. I was hired as a Member Service Rep on the desk and worked on the desk 1 day. I worked on the teller line everyday. It was ridiculous.

The opportunity to work from home was great

Cons

Many of the systems were outdated. Lots of calls had to transferred to other departments that didn’t want to take them

Pros

Not a lot of lay offs in my 5 years here. Overtime has paid well.

Cons

I've not seen many people of color advance in Loan Ops. Also, not much formal training. Almost all of it is on the fly and requires a coworker who is not paid to train to step out of their day to day role and train the new hire.
