None really. A bit of an old-school bank, but that was changing in the last year.

Great work environment and team. Decent pay and benefits. Reasonable expectations. I really enjoy everyone I work with.

Cons

There are some growing pains as the bank has grown a lot in a short time. There is a lot of change happening, but it feels slow.

Pros

Starting pay for Financial Service Advisors is above industry average. Health benefits were strong.

Cons

The company changed drastically from 2018 to 2019. Going from Union Bank and Trust to Atlantic Union made the company more like Wells Fargo or Bank of America and in my experience those banks are focused far too much on numbers and not the customer.
