Pros

Health Insurance and paid vacation time are top in the industry. The amount of PTO that is given is great and the amount of health plans are superb. Low stress environment is also a plus.

Cons

This company was one of the best in terms of culture, that sadly is gone in 2016. The technology is decades behind and lack of competitive products across a highly competitive industry hurts. The executive team seems to be worried about anything but the major issues that are happening right now and there is no hope for progress. Pay is also very poor. It is supposedly "market based" however the pay scales are hidden and you will never know what it is possible to make. This is a low stress job compared to other banks however recently there have been changes to try and become a "bigger" bank without any progress in systems or products. This doesn't work and this bank will eventually be purchased .

Best, family friendly, caring community of employees I've ever know. Everyone is focused on helping their customers. Extremely kind and loyal people, who want to do the right thing.

Cons

Many business line silos. Not a collaborative or creative work environment. Company and industry are very process oriented verse idea oriented. Can be very frustrating.

Cons

Some growing pains as the organization matures. Otherwise, nothing negative to say. Great place to work.
