      OK Pay, co-workers can be fun sometimes.

      Cons

      Long hours, no mobility, losing market share, raises are hard to come by, silly marketing strategy.

      Pros

      Very relaxed work environment. Reasonable work-life balance. Reasonable attempt to foster a family like atmosphere among teammates.

      Cons

      Don't expect to be compensated competitively-take it or leave it. Great leadership here is far and few between. Many managers but I've yet to meet one that knows what they're doing. Management doesn't like to take accountability for their actions and will shift blame to other teammates.

      Pros

      Let me start off by saying this company has some great pros! Vacation is great and the training programs are also great and you feel like you are well trained when coming into a new role. Union has a family like feel and you can feel comfortable with everyone in the company

      Cons

      PAY, this might be the worst bank in the area for pay. Salaries are uneven for the same job and it is well below the industry average. Even with benefits such as profit sharing you are unable to have a decent salary. Incentive is very hard to meet and most likely you will never see it unless you are in a high volume branch. Technology is lacking as well and customers get upset about the lack of new banking tech.
