Travel anywhere with the aircraft and crew, Good benefits, Great layovers and great to explore the world.

Cons

Salary is median okay if you aren't living in a big city. You do get perdiem when you are actively flying so that increases your salary. Its not taxed either. You are pretty much living in an aircraft for roughly a few days, before you get a hotel. Corporate sets your travel and hotel.

The only pro is that there are nice people that work there

Cons

SRC management are all bullies. They blame their own mistakes on employees that are lower on the totem pole in order to save their own hide. The female managers will talk about you horribly to the entire office. It's very sad and such an uncomfortable and toxic work environment.
