      Not All Divisions Created Equally

      Pros

      -If you put in the work you will make great money $150-200k every year -Work from home -Set your schedule -Interesting applications every day

      Cons

      -stressful job -significant travel especially in larger territories -car stipend isn’t great -unnecessary mistakes are made constantly by internal groups causing extra headaches for you and your customers. -Career opportunities to move up aren’t plentiful. Not much career development discussions with managers. You must advocate for yourself and look for opportunities to pop up.

      flexible with your family/work life. The people truly care about their jobs and making the company better.

      Cons

      They are not great about maintaining work instructions and training new employees. It's very sink or swim.
