      Pros

      Pay and PTO adequate but definitely not worth the trouble in store. Media awareness (KHOU) and multiple lawsuits has diminished talent over the past couple years. Company long-term health and overall viability is always in jeopardy

      Cons

      Disgruntled and disconnected senior org management will not engage with employees at any level. An employee passed away from complications related to Covid-19 and it was never announced and placed others at risk.

      Pros

      Benefits, autonomy, flexibility, and learning opportunities. Bountiful time off. This varies by region and travel requirements, but if you're in a major metro you probably won't be living out of a suitcase. New vehicles (van) every 100K miles or so, they don't skimp on expenses. You're trusted to do your job. Could depend on manager. Stable - you won't get laid off if you're good.

      Cons

      Lack of local advancement depending on your region or location. Remote work outside of field service isn't realistic, but hybrid is now a thing. Could be a plus if you don't care to deal with the corporate rat race. Support is almost non existent, but if you have a good head on your shoulders none of this is rocket science.

      Supervisor has favorites.Alot of downtime from missing parts
