      Health benefits and compensation when paid what you should.

      Cons

      Unfair management and poor coordination techs start out higher and paid more when they threaten to quit while others techs out perform and still are not compensated

      Pros

      - Great medical, dental and optical. - Always looking to improve and adapt to a ever changing market. - Very clean production shop. - Great team building events around the year. - Opportunity to grow and move up/around.

      Cons

      - Some drama and teen like behavior at times. - Padding of management staff, non essential people. - Slow to Improve select areas of the plant. - Weak/ poor training in select departments.

      Pros

      Fair pay, all the overtime you could ever want

      Cons

      Poor scheduling, poor planning. Work long hours every day, then every Saturday, and some sundays. Any decent employee with a brain leaves within 1 year. Absolutely no preventative maintenance done on anything.
