      Pros

      Henrob is an innovative and quickly growing company. Henrob is now benefiting from a steady integration with it's parent company, Atlas Copco, a large global company that has held sustainable profitability for over 100 years. Although Henrob is acclimating to being part of a more structured and mature organization, the changes are positive and positioning the company for global growth and long term stability. This is a great company for a unique and challenging career development experience!

      Cons

      Very quick growth along with implementing changes and procedures to support the growth has been unsettling for some, primarily for those who worked at this company when it was quite small.

      Pros

      Some people are great. Some people are decent. At times a relaxed atmosphere. Decent work computers. Used to be a decent place to work when Keith Jones was the owner.

      Cons

      Unprofessionalism is displayed throughout the entire company starting at top management to middle management to hourly employees. Some employees are increasingly difficult and are not dealt with appropriately. Hostile work environment. HR is horrible. No direction. People do not understand basic manufacturing processes. Many drawing issues. Many communication issues. No room to grow as a professional. Incredibly high turn over rate. Dead end job.

      Biast, management sucks, liars, high school atmosphere. Fellow coworker is having relations with a manager of 24 years who got divorced over affair. Conflict of interest.
