Pros

Some real laughs were had sharing in each others misery. I never had to worry much about what my boss thought because I had a new one every few months. (Literally 12 different bosses in 6 years) One time I actually got to do a project where I was able to use the knowledge gained obtaining my Masters Degree. They gave me a laptop and a phone so I could go home and work all night instead of having to stay in the office. HR and management do not discriminate. Narcissism and Sociopathic behavior is not only accepted, it is encouraged, often rewarded with a management position.

Cons

Graduate degrees are expected for the most menial jobs, but only minimum salaries are offered. Nothing works there. Every expectation and goal is based on pure conjecture and therefore unobtainable. The office is laid out like a call center so you can't ever hear yourself think. Management will insist you do the same thing over and over and they actually expect different results.
