No accountability, very bad manager hiring. They choose managers with no mechanical background and always dump more workload on the technician.

The Industrial Technique group is extremely mismanaged. I had 6 managers in 6 years. The upper management where difficult to work with, a few of them where openly uncaring and complacent. Basic needs of employees are not meat, the work environment was oftentimes unnecessarily unsafe as a result. It was also disappointing to see bad behavior from the sales rep who often failed to communicate with customers leaving them without support in times of need.
