- Excellent technical learning exposure. - work life balance is good.

Cons

- HR function interferes a lot in main funtions working. - Job security is zero as internal politics is very strong. - Culture of judging people based on their race and ethinicity. - No growth mindset of leaders at top. - Organization structure is very complicated and thus having zero customer sensitivity. - Rude, insensitive, arrogant and insulting attitude of leaders.
