      On a first glance it doesn't seem like it but you can be working on some cutting edge technologies on innovative projects. You get the freedom to work in your style and contribute to other projects if you want to. Adapting agile way of working.

      Some processes and work arounds are still painful. Departmental politics can slow you down.
