      Not terrible opportunity but management leaves much to be desired

      Pros

      The benefits are fantastic and it can be a place to make a lot of money by putting the hours in.

      Cons

      Communication between base worker and management is below subpar. Was told when hired that we normally work 5 days with a few weekends. This was a lie because we have worked over 80% of our Saturdays and some Sundays.

      An awesome company to work for. Lots of paid time off (vacation, sick time, parental leave, etc.,) incredible benefits, fun work environment.

      Cons

      No ability to work from home, constant change.
