      International company, great products, believe in sustainability, stable and long term thinking

      Cons

      The way people are treated in the organisation is quite poor, top management close their eyes to a culture where "management by fear" is abundant. Stress and shortage of people resources adds to the equation so your daily work becomes rather intolerable

      Growth opportunities are limited within the organization, internal job market is not as transparent as meant to be, international opportunities are very limited even though the brand is global.
