      Atlas Copco is a very big company in which you have a large career opportunity. The organization is like a small state-country.

      Cons

      Needs to be carful with colleagues, because everybody in the organization works for themself. Today you exist, tomorrow you don't exist!

      Not much when I left..before was great company with great culture where individual was encouraged to take decisions and to grow. When I left, mamma mia, horrible managers and no leaders

      lack of good managers super low salary heavy bureaucracy no carrier building if you do not have someone to stand behind all good job are given before adds are published
