      Very good company to work for, they have their hands in business all over the world.

      Cons

      There can be communication issues between mid-management and executive management. Regional issues. But, nevertheless, nothing terrible.

      Constant work and efforts focusing on how to better treat costumers and employees, AC really taught me how to change my attitude towards internal and external clients, besides the focus on the human side of effectiveness through liberty through accountability

      Cons

      Sometimes stress builds up to really high levels and there isn't enough time to get rid of it.
