That makes them think that they know everything about all industries and recklessly place leaders that are very unfamiliar with the product and expect them to master very specialized and unique products in months. Not understanding that it takes years to begin to understand and 8 to 10 years to master. And they will not hesitate to ruin countless lives and carriers by closing down companies they can't turn into money making companies because they can't understand or master the product.
