      good employer, no surprieses (neither dissapoinments nor hurra's

      Cons

      no horizons neither for vertical nor horisontal promo. Unless you decide upon intl career meaning 1/4 od century away from home and you closest ralatives (family, schoolmates, best in class deli grocery, cats from the neiborhood visiting your garden every morning..)

      Pay is decent considering the environment

      Cons

      No consideration for work life balance. Very little quality training. Being a contractor, at the whim of the customer.
