Pros

Privately owned and operated debt free. An industry leader in areas of laboratory order entry and utilization management. Created the disease surveillance and outbreak management system for the largest state in the union (California). Has major clients such as Mayo Clinic helping with outreach for its products.

Cons

Has adopted a company culture overemphasizing its "values". Has moved many jobs to India, including most of development operations, in the process laying off many U.S. employees.
