Pros

-The "keep what you kill" mantra is absolutely followed and encouraged, if you have a great idea, own it and drive forward! -The collaboration is as advertised, extensive cross-pollination between teams brings greater clarity to the organization and incubates new ideas. -Culture remains a welcome guardian, we absolutely hire against our values and onboard people in a way where they can be successful.

Cons

-We move quickly. In most cases this is a positive, but but the tradeoff is a lack of definition around priorities or initiatives at times.
