Pros

I worked closely with all directors and the two main owners. I can say the owners truly cared about their employees and their residents. It is a great company filled with wonderful people.

Cons

When I was there, the company was expanding rapidly which left growing pains for some positions. That can cause stress and heavier workloads which was the case for me. I did eventually leave due to those things, but will always have a fond memory for Atlas and its people.
