      Cons

      While the company offers opportunities for growth, the progression may sometimes feel vague. But the community here is supportive and committed to continuous improvement and I believe, that’s all that matters.

Collaboration is fundamental to our work, and it's amazing to witness everyone coming together to tackle obstacles and reach our objectives. The company culture prioritizes work-life balance. To add, the management is also dedicated to nurturing employees' growth by providing training opportunities and chances for advancement within the organization.

      Cons

      While I get it that major decisions should be discussed thoroughly, If I could think of any areas where we can improve, I think it would be on the decision-making process because sometimes it can be slow, hindering our ability to adapt quickly to changes in the market.
