      Nothing as such you will get some good exposure about upgraded technology

      Worst management ever don’t join here the worst decision in my life is choosing this company. Pure politics right from higher management. No work life balance, even though you are jobless don’t work here

Collaboration is fundamental to our work, and it's amazing to witness everyone coming together to tackle obstacles and reach our objectives. The company culture prioritizes work-life balance. To add, the management is also dedicated to nurturing employees' growth by providing training opportunities and chances for advancement within the organization.

      Cons

      While I get it that major decisions should be discussed thoroughly, If I could think of any areas where we can improve, I think it would be on the decision-making process because sometimes it can be slow, hindering our ability to adapt quickly to changes in the market.
