Pros

You get a paycheck and good benefits.

Cons

They do not pay their employees what they are worth and do not promote according to your daily duties/responsibilities (a lot of reviews state this). Read other reviews, they admit this. So if you expect to be paid according to what you do/work on, keep looking. Expect to get at least $20k-30k more elsewhere. FACT. Expect your annual raises to be the cost of living. Not much room for advancing either. Low ceiling. A lot of "Do as I say and Not as I do" leadership. Few that lead by example. The MAP (Motivational Award Program) for going the extra mile is a farce. Its always the same people getting nominated. Management has favorites and it shows. Management is narcissistic and gaslights. CONSTANTLY. Interns are treated better than fulltime employees. Management does not listen to their employees concerns causing reoccurring issues and conflict. Despite being salary, you still have to use PTO and be there on time. The "flex schedule" isn't fully flexible unless you are management. The workload is not for a person with a family. You are technically always on the clock. If you are family oriented, keep looking.

Pros

The company offers ways that employees can be involved with non-profit organizations. They offer volunteer paid time off and match your donation to a charity of your choice.

Cons

There is some favoritism in the company.
