Decent pay Great perks if you’re in the cool club WFH is really convenient for life

Cons

Culture is shot Strategy jumps around, and even if it was good, the politics stops any work getting done. APEX takes lots of time, is highly political and has ruined all sense of psychological safety

- nice office, free food, good coworkers - good autonomy - remote work

Cons

- experience differs drastically by team. as someone on the marketing team, ive had a good experience but i cannot say the same about my colleagues in the engineering or design teams
