      i) The benefits and WLB are the best in the industry ii) People are extremely nice and get to work with folks across geo-locations iii) There is great emphasis on reliability of the products so, a really interesting job for SREs

      Cons

      i) I don't know on what basis new hires are allocated to teams in the company but, there could be lot of improvements on that
