      See Atlassian Company Values - this is literally it! Most of the time I feel like we're already a charity! And I super love the idea of giving back to the community in any way and I am super proud to be part of Atlassian's big heart for the community and most especially to all the employees. No voice is unheard - I can confidently say that each individual matters - I'm saying this because I've been with a few companies already before and I feel like this is my first real job! Thank you!
