      Pros

      - One of the best companies out there in the world when it comes to pampering their employees. You won't like working in a lot of places after you've worked at Atlassian. - Good remuneration along with stock options. - Amazing work culture, they are one of the few companies that do actually hold their principles close to their heart.

      Cons

      - You can get too comfortable in the long run. - Workload can be overwhelming at times but mundane mostly.
