      Pros

      Your work impacts a large number of people Working at this scale can be a great learning experience for some The culture allows a high level of autonomy due to a high level of trust in engineers The company contains a wealth of knowledge and a high-density of intelligent people

      Cons

      High autonomy can mean some teams step on each others feet and reinvent the wheel 7 times, it takes personal effort to coordinate with other teams. This is getting better (and I'm getting better at it) It is not the place for people who want to just follow instructions. This might be a concern for some folks.

      Pros

      * all the employees positively live by the core values of the company. * as far as I know there is a lot of positivity within and across teams and if you're stuck you're free to ask anyone. * you can even talk to your skip manager at any time just to say "Hey!" and have a casual chat. * The products are amazing and you're free to do any improvements(code-wise/UX wise) if you find them. in fact, you're encouraged to do so. * code standards are important. quality cannot be compromised.
