      Pros

      Design processes set in place are structured. Wonderful and authentic people to work with. Culture principles are beautiful and full of integrity. If you're in the right team (right set of workmates, managers, PMs), you will do well. But this is a hit or miss.

      Cons

      Design processes despite being present, are not followed. They're disorganised. Culture principles are only on paper, not follow anymore (years ago it used to be) Self-promoters and self-aggrandisers are celebrated. The quiet achievers are ignored. Design principles are not followed by the management, design leaders, or senior designers, yet pushed down on to ICs and juniors--which is hypocritical to say the least.
