Pros
Amazing company culture. Team mates, Policies, management everywhere the best culture is exhibited and it’s really great place to work. The initial trainings and plans for every new joiners are very well followed and helps you to get into the system nicely.
Cons
Work load is too much! Company diligently conducts many facilities/initiatives for employee's welfare. But you hardly get time to take benefit of it once your trainings are finished :) . May be for this role only :P Still it is a great place to work
