Used to be a good place to work

Pros

Work life balance is still a good thing at Atlassian.

Cons

There's no collaboration between Engineering teams. Sometimes it feels like it's not about how great an idea or solution, it's about how's coming up with it. A problem is not a problem until a specific person says it's a problem. Lack of Product Managers direction. It feels like PMs are not talking to the customer to understand their pains and come up with a roadmap that addresses customer's problems. Atlassian is not customer centric anymore.
