      senior management is spineless, gaslight you, even if you do everything and more tha whats asked of you, continuously take your managers feedback where they say they dont see any gap or concern in their feedback, you get to know duringyoir APEX convo that you didn’t meet expectations. Work life balance doesn’t exist anymore, manager expecta you to put long hours including weekends
