Became incredibly toxic

Pros

- WFH - Total compensation is ok - Great and talented colleagues

Cons

- Toxic culture brought from Microsoft and Meta - APEX is designed to damage your mental health and be prepared to be a part of a rat race. - Calibration processes is unfair (saying from Met Expectation perspective) - Leadership doesn’t listen and if you say something be sure it will be used against you. Fear culture. - Every value is not true anymore

Pros

USED to have great work culture. Extremely friendly coworkers. Not anymore.

Cons

It's a jungle at this point. Everybody is focused on surviving the next performance review.

Fear and mistrust

Recommend
CEO approval
Business Outlook

Pros

Wfh is still an option

Cons

Apex is incredibly damaging. It is time consuming, cause mistrust among employees, it is not transparent or fair. I work until early hours of the morning, over weekends and I don't know if it will be enough or not this time around. There is just no guarantee what will come back from those calibration sessions. I am sacrificing my health, life, time with my family and I may or may not have a job after this coming Apex. It is not worth it.
