      * Great benefits * Patches of really smart, innovative, respectful colleagues

      Cons

      * Everything else not listed in pro's. * The CTO took all the old-school Microsoft + Meta toxicity and applied it to Atlassian. * Some executive leaders are far beyond their skis to be in their current roles and attempt to emulate some of the worst leaders in society. The difference is that those awful leaders actually drove impact despite their very flawed impact. How is spending 4 months of the year on performance reviews an effective way to drive outcomes? * Flawed leaders think it's cool to be the bully and get massive ego boosts from their bullying.
